Solution 1 – Enable devices

  • Turn off the computer and disconnect the router and modem from the network.

  • Start the Control Panel.
  • Distribution system and security.

  • Type cmd in the search box.
  • Find cmd.exe and right-click on it.
  • Click on Run as administrator.
  • When prompted to verify user accounts, click Select Yes.
  • Enter CFS /scannow.

Solution #4 – Delete temporary files

  • Press Windows+E to open the My Computer window.
  • Navigate to Windows (C:).
  • Select Windows.
  • Find the Temp folder and click on it to open it.
  • Select all files and delete them all.

Solution#5 – Start the Officerecovery program

  • Open the control panel.
  • Go to the programs.
  • Choose programs and functions.
  • Search for Microsoft Office.
  • Choose Edit.
  • Select Quick Repair.
  • Click on the Repair button.
  • If that doesn’t help, follow the same steps but choose online repair.

Solution #6 – Reinstall Microsoft Office

  • Go to the Control Panel.
  • Select the programs.
  • Choose programs and functions.
  • Search for Microsoft Office.
  • Choose Uninstall.
  • You can now install the new Microsoft Office suite.
